1. WE ONLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR STUDY UPDATES
We may collect personal information directly from you as a TRIOMPHE clinical study site physician or study coordinator. Personal information we collect directly from you may include first and last name, address, email address, and phone number.
2. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We will not share the information we collect with any third parties. Your contact information will only be used to support TRIOMPHE study communications such as key milestones, meeting invitations, and other relevant clinical study information.
3. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
No electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthoriz ed third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. You should only access the Website within a secure environment.
5. WE DO NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT DATA FROM OR MARKET TO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

7. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
